We deliver emergency ice 24/7, all other services are available during normal business hours (see below).

No, all of our sculptures are hand-crafted from 300-pound crystal clear ice blocks with special tools made for ice sculpting.
Deliveries come from one of our 4 locations Deer Park, Bronx, Hudson, or Monticello.
All of our work is hand-crafted. There are no limits to what we can do. We have a wide selection of finished sculptures to choose from or we can take your ideas and customize them into melting memories. If you can dream it we can create it.
Yes, we freeze objects in ice to make embedded sculptures. We need a 2-week lead time for items to be frozen into the ice. Not all items can be frozen into the ice, it should be under the discretion of the carver if that item can be frozen into the ice. Please contact us to discuss.
A standard crystal clear ice block is 40" tall x 20" wide and 10" thick and weighs approximately 300 pounds.
An ice sculpture will generally last 4–6 hours at an ambient temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit before losing the basic shape and form. A luge will keep up to 4 hours, depending on the amount and temperature of the liquor being poured.
A strong, sturdy banquet folding table is good enough for most sculptures. No glass tables.
Please provide a skirted table with a preferably dark colored tablecloth to show off the ice sculpture.
We provide a 6 gal bucket with all of our deluxe kits. (Includes: lights, bucket & drip tray).
The table should be STURDY or STRONG enough to hold 300–400lbs.
Reserve a 24" x 24" table space for small sculptures and a 24" x 48" space for large sculptures.
Please schedule delivery for 1–2 hours prior to the event. Allow an additional half-hour for set up.
